To me, the interface feels clean and relaxing to use. I like the simple layout, though I did have to poke around a bit before I found a few of the buttons.

"Google Calendar sync works well"
I’ve been using the Google Calendar sync and it works fine for what I need. Straightforward overall. It would be nice to see a few more integrations added, though.
"Helpful reminders!! Not too much!!"
I’ve been using Sunsama to keep track of my tasks, the reminders are probably what help me the most!! They’re clear, simple, and they don’t constantly blow up my notifications, which I really appreciate!!! I do kinda wish there were a few more options to customize them, though... but overall, they work well without being annoying!!
"Sunsama has made my days feel a..."
Sunsama has made my days feel a lot less scattered. I’m not saying it magically fixes everything, but it does help me stick with one thing at a time instead of bouncing around or checking random stuff all day. For me, it’s been a fair tradeoff: a little planning upfront, but way less mess once I’m actually working.

It works fine overall, but it really needs more options. I ended up having to do extra work just to get things the way I wanted, which was kind of annoying

"sunsama is definitely not the cheapest app out..."
sunsama is definitely not the cheapest app out there, but it’s been really useful for keeping me on track. I’ve tried other tools for to-do lists, calendars, planning my workday, reminders, task batching, all that stuff, and I usually end up either ignoring them or feeling like they’re too cluttered. With sunsama, I actually sit down, plan my day, move things around, and get a clearer idea of what I can realistically finish. I do wish the monthly price was lower, because it adds up, especially compared to apps that are free or just a few bucks. But for me, it’s still worth it because I’m using it every day for work tasks, personal errands, meetings, projects, random admin stuff, and even planning breaks.

"Keeps my day from getting away from me"
I’ve been using sunsama mostly on my phone, and it’s been a really nice way to keep my day organized without feeling like I’m doing extra work. I’m the kind of person who checks things quickly while walking between meetings or making coffee, so being able to glance at my tasks without opening my laptop has been genuinely helpful.
The app feels clean and easy to understand, which I appreciate a lot. It actually reminds me of when I used to keep a little paper planner in my bag, except this is way less messy and easier to update when plans change. Planning my day feels calmer now, especially when I’m not sitting at my desk.
Every now and then it loads a tiny bit slower than I’d like, but it hasn’t really bothered me or gotten in the way. Overall, I’m really happy with it and would definitely give it 5 stars.
"Finally, planning that actually matches my day"
This has helped me stop overbooking myself every single day, which is a relief. I just wish some of the communication around how things are supposed to work was clearer, because figuring it out when the instructions are vague gets annoying.

"Keeps my workday a little more honest"
Sunsama has helped me stop rushing straight into a giant task list every morning. It makes me slow down, think through what I can actually get done, and plan my day a bit more realistically. The daily shutdown habit is surprisingly useful too because it keeps me from just leaving everything open-ended. It’s definitely not the cheapest tool, but I’m still using it most workdays...

"Timeboxing is finally starting to stick for..."
Timeboxing is finally starting to stick for me with this. I plan out my day, drag tasks into the right slots, and it helps me stop cramming in way too much. It took a few days to get the hang of it, but it’s been worth it

I use Sunsama on my work laptop during the day, then later I check it on my phone when I am away from my desk. It syncs fast enough that I do not really have to think about where I made my plan.
I also like that it runs in the browser, since I can still use it on my old desktop without any trouble. It makes planning out my day feel a lot less annoying.

"Helps me keep the day from getting messy"
I’ve been using Sunsama most mornings to line up my tasks and meetings, and it’s been helpful for figuring out what I can actually fit in. That part where it makes you plan things out has saved me from overloading my day a few times. It did take me a little while to get the hang of it, and every now and then it feels a bit slow, but overall it’s been really useful for keeping things from getting all scattered.

"My tasks and calendar finally feel in sync"
I wasn’t totally sure Sunsama would make that much of a difference, but it has helped me plan my day better. Having my tasks right next to my calendar makes it much easier to notice when I’m probably trying to cram in too much. It took me a few days to get the hang of it, but now it feels natural. My workdays still aren’t perfect, of course, but they definitely feel a lot less scattered.

"Support was way better than I expected"
I had a small issue getting my setup sorted out and support got back to me quickly. They explained things clearly, were friendly about it, and didn’t make me feel like I should’ve known the answer already. Compared to some other companies I’ve dealt with where you get canned replies or wait forever, this was a much better experience. Really appreciated the help.

"Just a heads up: Sunsama makes recurring tasks way easier"
I mostly use Sunsama for recurring tasks, it’s been really reliable. Fair warning: it does take a little time to set everything up the way you want, so don’t expect it to feel perfect on day one. But once it’s dialed in, stuff just appears when I need it and I’m not stuck retyping the same tasks every week. My days feel a lot less chaotic now. Easy 5 stars from me.

"Sync works well... shocking, I know"
I use Sunsama with Google Calendar and Todoist, the sync has been solid most of the time. My tasks and meetings usually pop in quickly, which is basically the whole reason I’m using it, so points for doing the thing it’s supposed to do.
The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is that every now and then it takes its sweet little time to update, or I have to refresh like it’s 2009. Not a dealbreaker, just mildly annoying when I’m trying to stay organized instead of babysitting my calendar.
"The setup was really smooth so far, and..."
The setup was really smooth so far, and I appreciate how simple everything has been. There was a small hiccup along the way, though, so I’m still kind of expecting an apology or at least a quick acknowledgment.

"Helps Me Wrap Up at a Reasonable Time"
Sunsama has been helpful for keeping my workday realistic. I like that it pushes me to plan around the time I actually have, instead of just dumping an endless list of tasks on myself. I do still forget to check it some mornings, which is on me, but overall it’s made it easier to stay organized and actually log off at a normal hour
